Effective Date: January 1, 2026
When you submit an application through HomeWealthIQ Partners, we collect the following categories of personal information:
We use the information we collect to:
We share your personal information only as necessary to process your application:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All personally identifiable information (PII) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel through role-based access controls (RBAC). We maintain audit logs of all data access and conduct regular security reviews.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including processing your application and complying with legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Application data is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of submission, in accordance with financial recordkeeping obligations. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal retention requirements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, you can submit a data rights request online or contact us at the address below. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
HomeWealthIQ Partners uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We use referral tracking parameters to attribute applications to the correct Platform Partner.
Advertising pixels on Platform Partner pages. A Platform Partner may enable a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel on their co-branded page. Where one is enabled and you agree to it, Meta receives your IP address, browser and device information, the address of the page you visited, and the fact of your visit, and may set or read cookies in your browser. That information goes to Meta as an independent recipient, and we are responsible for the collection that happens on our pages.
Where a pixel is enabled, one of two things happens, and the page tells you which at the time. Either no pixel loads until you agree — declining loads nothing and transmits nothing — or the pixel loads when the page loads and you are told, with a control to turn it off. In both cases, turning tracking off is honoured on that page and on later visits: we do not resume tracking someone who has asked us to stop.
Your choice is stored in your browser, so clearing site storage will cause you to be asked again. Pages with no pixel configured load no advertising technology at all and ask you nothing.
What these pages do not do. Our co-branded Home Equity Agreement pages ask you for no personal information. They explain the product and hand you off to the originating platform, which operates its own application and its own privacy practices. The personal information we collect directly through forms is from businesses registering as Platform Partners or Business Development Consultants, described in section 1.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
